Summary: Bad deal for the price, which was 11.5k at the time. Good view! 2.5/5 if that was an option. Pros -Rooms are clean, view is good!, especially from the central dining area Cons - Poor service is the main issue - Issues at check in because of late communication between expedia and the hotel. Understandable if only the receptionist had not been instantly rude 'you do not have a booking, our rooms are full', when I had an email of the same. They tried to make up for it somewhat by an early check-in, but still charged for the breakfast meanwhile and behaviour didn't improve much - Will have to call twice/wait half an hour for simple fixes like AC/ kettle. Requiring fixes in the first place is not expected from a place charging this amount. - Average- Breakfast/food - Location- Both a pro and con since quieter but taxis can't reach, shuttle reqd to mall road. They do provide the shuttle, but the last return is 8pm. - A much needed save at the end by Mr. Ali, who bothered to drop via bike to the bus station when their shuttle was extremely late despite informing 1.5hr prior. A simple nice pleasant conversation on the way helped after this experience. They did kind of try to make up, for example, offering coffee when the heating was not working (appreciated); but a simple change in attitude of the staff would go miles!

Pathetic experience. Very saddened to choose this hotel. Room was dirty on arrival. AC stopped working midnight. Gyeser doesnt work. Took bath with chilled water in this chilling temperature. Have put this to notice with firm words to Mr Mukul and Mr Aditya on frontdesk.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights amazing food staff is good beautiful location at camel back road not far from the mall road also get free pickup drop to the mall road. Recommended

Horrible experience and ruined our vacation. Listing below a few of our many troubles during this stay. But the most important issue was the way hotel staff treat the customers. very rude and arrogant. They will just ignore the customers …

Horrible.. Worst experience ever. If you come expecting four star hotel. Then it is not, the only thing to offer was room and restaurant and to seemed temporary. There is no other facilities like indoor activities room or outdoor activities , no proper dining room, short staff. Filthy mattress and unhygienic food (cockroach in soup). Lot of renovation work going, continous noise of hammering. Reception staff and higher management is very rude. If you are looking for peaceful stay. This is to be totally avoided.

Brilliant view and location. Good breakfast. Spacious and clean rooms. Superb view from the room and just behind the hotel as well.

Problems: Room, cupboard, shelf-all dirty with visible dust on it. No mirror in the room for getting ready. You have to rely on washroom mirror which which has wet floor obviously as there is no partition between toilet and bathing area. Good things: Food was good- breakfast buffet Staff is helpful Mountain View was only good when there was no rain

Tucked away on a cliff by the Camel Back Road. Quiet ambiance. View of the valley and mountains (limited view, not the entire valley). Small cozy restaurant for a good breakfast.
